Easy way – use a Wireless paired phone
Prerequisites
- The base must be connected to internet
- The wireless phone paired with the base
Step 1 – Press OK, select tools icon (wrench & screwdriver)
Step 2 – scroll down and select “System Settings”
Step 3 – scroll down and select “Base Reset”
Step 4 – Enter default PIN 0000
Step 5 – Power light goes off
Step 6 – Power light turns Green
Step 7 – Network light begin flashing
Step 8 – All 3 lights are solid green

Challenging way – from the Base itself
- Power off the unit – if powered by PoE this might mean unplugging the network cable.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Press and hold the connect button on the base station.
- Reconnect the power.
- Wait until all 3 status lights are on, showing solid green.
- Release the button and wait 5 minutes.
- Power off the unit.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power.
- Your phone may update its configuration after the reboot which may result in a second reboot process automatically within a minute or two of the first reboot.
